terms of service

by purchasing from me you are automatically agreeing to the terms of service. these rules are to protect both you as a customer and me as an artist. if you have any questions, feel free to ask me!

✿ design rules

- you may not heavily reference or copy my designs
- you are allowed to resell my designs, no need to let me know beforehand, however you are strictly prohibited to sell my designs for higher price than you originally purchased it for unless art is included, gift art doesn't count.
- co-owns are okay
- minor changes to the design are okay, as well as changing the species, but do avoid making major changes to the original design.
- while transferring the character, make sure to pass on my terms of service to the new owner of the design

✿ payment

- i accept paypal through paypal or ko-fi
- payment is always received beforehand and is sent in USD
- absolutely do not bid on my adoptables if you cannot actually afford it, backing out is strictly prohibited and will result in blacklisting

✿ commissions

- i have the right to refuse any commission for any reason
- you can only ask for a full refund if i haven't sent you a sketch yet
- after the sketch is confirmed i can no longer give you a refund, unless i take longer than in the stated turnaround time
- you can ask for edits and adjustments during the sketching phase and the lineart phase, i will charge extra for any adjustments after that
- you are allowed to upload and repost your commission from me as long as credit is given!

✿ copyright

- you are strictly prohibited to utilize my art for AI training or use it for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or other cryptocurrency
- personal use of received art is encouraged and appreciated, this includes things like making physical copies of the art for personal use, using the art as an icon etc.
- i have the right to use your commission for advertisement, portfolio, posting to social media etc.
